Copy of returns / exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted on bras only under the following conditions:

1. Customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
2. Item must be in pristine, unworn, unwashed condition, and must not have traces of fragrance from perfume, deodorant, cigarettes etc. 
3. Item must be returned in original packaging with tag attached.
4. Exchange/return request must be made within 10 DAYS of delivery date.

A prepaid return label will be sent via email.  Items must be shipped within 10 DAYS of receipt of return label. $5 shipping cost will be deducted from customer refund if items are returned.
