Shipping

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Please allow for up to three business days for in-stock items to be shipped and two weeks for orders containing made to order pieces. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Maman Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been shipped, delivery is out of our control. We do not refund or replace packages that have been lost in transit. Additionally, we are unable to refund or replace stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been marked as delivered. We offer Route Package Protection to insure all orders. This option is not required, but recommended!

Please ensure your delivery address is secure and correct. We are not responsible for un-retrieved packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Packages that have been returned to us due to an address error will incur additional shipping charges.
